（一）
直営店舗じゃない、加盟店です。その店を行ったばかり時、そいうことまだ知らなかった。ある日、上がり時、８００円のライスを賄として、持ち帰ろうと思った（日高屋の賄は８００円以内）
俺：お疲れ様です。
店長：これは何？
俺：賄です。
店長：ここで食べて、誰があなたを持ち帰りを許してあげた。
俺：無理です、食べ切れません。
すみません、持ち帰りはダメって知らなかった。
店長：食べて。
私はライスを鍋に戻して帰った。
その時、私本当にやめたかった、どうして我慢した。
（二）
ある日の午後、客はほとんどがない、店の高校生と話しながら、食材を量る。
話す途中、店長が来た。私を睨んで、向こうに行ってって言われた。別にサボるじゃない、日本語を練習したいのに。
（三）
５月、ちょっと暑くなる。
多分普通の店のバイトにとって、平気。
だけど、うちの店長はケチの人。毎日バイトの人と店長のエアコン攻防戦が続いてる。店長普通は午後三時に店に来る。午後二時半頃、バイトのおばさん達はエアコンの温度を上げる。あいにく、俺の勤務時間いつも店長と同じ。
エアコンの温度を下げても、店長にすく戻されることになる。
ある梅雨の夜、家で店長の電話が来た。
店長：チャーシューがカビが生えてる、知ているか、仕事する時手をちゃんと洗って！
俺：そうですか、知らなかった。
その後、ずっとおかしいと思った。俺はチャーシューを切る時いつも手袋を使っている。やばり、おかしいなぁ。
その時、突然あることが気づいた。
このクソ野郎、全部はこいつのせい、逆に責任を俺に押し付けた。
今は梅雨の季節、こいつ最近エアコンの冷房機能を使わない、送風にして、そうすると、湿度が高くになる、厨房の温度元々が高い、カビが生えないと逆におかしい。
そのうち、やめちゃった。
